GET ILLUMINED

Tune in to the universal frequency, MEENA OM says …

Seek out prakash, the light that illumines, that lets you grow and evolve on the path as seeker. Prakash is the inner power that negates setbacks. By filling yourself with prakash, you live in light. Feel it, the effulgence of the whole universe that is your bliss, as the sufis say. It’s all about balance.  Brahmand, the Supreme, has buddhi, intellect. Brahmand is body and Brahmn is throbbing life. Supreme intelligence creates the universe and it is a moment-to-moment growth going towards perfection.

We, too, have consciousness in us, Brahmn.

For we are small replicas of the supreme intelligence. We get tuned in to the frequency of our surroundings and the people we deal with. So we need to de-tune ourselves from all this — the externalities — in order to tune in to the universal, supreme intelligence. We should also be full of dhyan, and by dhyan I don’t mean meditation. The difference is you do it as lila or play — you are not affected by it. Once you get connected to universal consciousness, you get connected to THAT and like Krishna played with the gopis and gwalas, the Supreme plays with everyone.

Consciousness keeps evolving as does Brahmand. From darkness and ignorance, we are heading towards becoming beings of light. Shed mental baggage. The mind is very beautiful, but we don’t know how to relate mind with brain. Mind has thinking power;  brain has churning power, and it acts like a dish antenna, but we have not activated it fully. Developing your brain and feeling that vibration means we have to increase our sensitivity to let in the light.  If I move my finger, I am cutting the air and creating ripples that will travel with my thought, and if I am connected to the universe, the vibrations I send will reverberate throughout the universe.

If my mechanism is clear, then definitely, it will relate to the universal frequency. Brain could interact with param buddhi but the trouble is that we don’t listen to our brain; we don’t know how to operate it.  Silence also is important. That is whole and complete poorna. Naad Brahmn is sound. But are you tuned in to that silence or sound? Increase your sensitivity and your capacity to catch the frequency. You are whole and complete. POORNAMADAH POORNMIDAM…..(poornata mantra) …self-containing, self-replenishing, whole and complete.

The time has arrived; we should all relate to the universal mechanism, humanity, nature and universe with nothing in-between.  The Ten AvatarsAll species are part of nature and they have special roles to play. Mythological stories reveal the story of evolution. Regarding the 10 avatars: The first was Matsya avatar because it was the only species in its yuga that was highly evolved. Hence it was the right medium for avatar. Then came the amphibian, the Kurma avatar, the tortoise followed by Varaha avatar, the land animal, the boar that digs into the earth.

Narasimha avatar was a little more evolved. Half-human, half-animal, it could make out right and wrong; it could know that Hiranyakasipu was ignorant. Next came the dwarf, Vamana avatar, taking those three steps that measured land, sky and more. Then Parasuram, with spade, reflects the Iron Age, when we made tools with iron.  Rama was upheld as Maryada Purusha, a tall, pure human who created an ethical and moral society with codes of behaviour. Then came Krishna, and there were no more long faces.

He was full of lila, play. Buddha came to put a stop to violence. The future avatar Kalki will have all these qualities.  These avatars are all part of the chain of evolution; they don’t belong to a sect or cult. Earlier, it took millions of years for a species to evolve and now the process is speeding up. Krishna consciousness says we are not to negate anything; just leave it to nature. Now avatars will be representing nature; live among us like humans. Krishna said ‘recognise my BEING…..

The process has begun.  Be Alert And Aware meditation is quieting yourself and listening to yourself. Sometimes, you have guided meditation or get connected to your ishta devta and have the energy to witness and visualise yourself. Sometimes you feel quiet and there is nothing inside; that is meditation or no-mind; quitening . But dhyan is pure alertness, pure consciousness. In dhyan, you can go so far and deep into the universe and feel connected, oneness with whole creation.Rishi scientists would roam at will as they were familiar with every vibration and energy of cosmic play. With dhyan, you can leave your body here and roam in the whole universe without outer frame; you just become the frequency and again you come back into the body and feel AHA moment . This is real samadhi with chaitanyata …awareness.
